Tuition and Financial Aid

We depend on generous donors to cover the gap between the actual cost of providing a Sparhawk education and tuition we charge. This year 45% of our students received financial assistance. Sparhawk uses need-based grants to make attendance possible for qualified students who would not otherwise be able to do so for financial reasons. Individual grants are intended to supplement a family’s own resources, and recipients range from families whose ability to pay school costs is extremely limited to families who may need only a minor subsidy to meet our tuition requirements.

Lower School (Grades 3-5) tuition for the 2025-26 academic year is $14,000.
Middle School (Grades 6-8) tuition for the 2025-26 academic year is $15,300.
High School (Grade 9) tuition for the 2025-26 academic year is $24,500.

Sparhawk will work with every family with demonstrated financial need to ensure a Sparhawk education is affordable for their boys.

Sparhawk Academy uses FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment to process financial aid requests.

  • All financial aid applications are confidential.
  • The application must be complete and all pertinent tax documents submitted to FACTS before we can make a financial aid decision. This includes a 2023 or 2024 tax return and 2024 W-2.
  • Each academic year, returning families must fill out a new application in order to be awarded a grant for that year.
  • Contact Raymond Le Grand (Director of Operations) at 617-727-4295 or rlegrand@sparhawkacademy.org with any questions about the financial aid application.

The priority deadline for financial aid applications for the 2025-26 academic year is February 1st. Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
